  New York power-pop duo We Are Scientists play Derry's Sandinos on July 27.

  Formed in 2000 around guitarist/vocalist Keith Murray & bassist Chris Cain, they broke through with their successful first pair of albums, With Love and Squalor and Brain Thrust Mastery. Their sixth album Megaplex has an April release.
