Following their reunion in June at the National Concert Hall, performing seminal album The Clock Comes Down The Stairs, Cork cult alternative rock heroes Microdisney return to their hometown to play Cyprus Avenue on February 19 in what will be their last ever show.
The duo of Cathal Coughlan and Sean O’Hagan disbanded in 1988, having released several albums by the likes of Kabuki, Rough Trade and Virgin. Once described by John Peel as “the iron fist in a velvet glove", the were moved by the response to last year's shows and will revisit their material.
