• Stella Donnelly To Play the Grand Social

    Fast-rising Perth singer-songwriter Stella Donnelly will play next year. The Wales-born artist – who will release her debut full-length album on Secretly Canadian next year – will play the Grand Social on April 29th. Tickets for the show are €15.00 and go on sale this Friday at 9am.

  • New Order and Paul Weller to Play Dublin’s The Summer Series

    The first names set to play The Summer Series in Dublin next summer have been announced New Order will close the run on Sunday, July 7th, while Paul Weller top the bill on Thursday, July 4th. More acts are to be announced. Tickets for both shows – which take place at Trinity College in Dublin – go on sale this Friday, December 7 at 9am, priced €60.45 for New Order and €49.90 for Paul Weller.

  • The Lemonheads To Play Dublin and Belfast

    Evan Dando’s Lemonheads will make their long-awaited returned to Ireland next year. The band will play Dublin’s the Academy on February 6th and Belfast’s Elmwood Hall on February 8th. The shows will coincide with the release of the band’s new covers album, Varshons 2. Tickets are priced €25.40 and £22.50 respectively, and go on sale this Friday, December 7.

  • Noel Gallagher, Doves and More Set For Dublin

    Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will headline a bill at Dublin’s Malahide Castle next year. As well as Blossoms and DMA’s, the very recently resurgent Doves will be the support at the show on June 16, 2019. The latter is a worthy reason for attendance alone. Tickets are on sale this Thursday at 9am, priced €49.90.

  • Anderson .Paak Set For Dublin Show

    Anderson .Paak will play Dublin next year as part of his Andy’s Beach Club World Tour. The Grammy-nominated Californian artist – who released his third studio album, Oxnard, last month – will play Olympia Theatre on Tuesday, March 19. Tickets for the show are priced €48.00 and go on sale this Friday, December 7 at 9am.

  • Cate Le Bon For Dun Laoghaire

    Welsh avant-pop singer-songwriter Cate Le Bon will play a solo piano show at the Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire at the start of next year. The critically-acclaimed artist – who is currently working on her fifth studio album – will play the venue on January 6. Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Thursday, November 29) at 9am, priced €22.

  • Slash and Tiësto Set For Belsonic

    Two more big names have been announced to play next year’s Belsonic. With the likes of Hozier and Stormzy already revealed to play the annual series of concerts in Belfast’s Ormeau Park, Slash feat. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, with support from Blackberry Smoke and Screaming Eagles, will play on Wednesday, June 12. The globetrotting Tiësto, meanwhile, will play the festival on Friday, June 28.   • Glen Hansard Set For Vicar Street Shows

    As part of a European tour that takes him via a sold-out show Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie and beyond, Glen Hansard will stop off at Dublin’s Vicar Street for a brace of shows in April. The Dublin songwriter, The Frames’ founder member, actor and activist – who released his third studio album, Between Two Shores, back in January – will play the Thomas House venue on April 9 and 10.  Hansard has previously played the venue in a solo guise fourteen times.   • The Messthetics (feat. Ex-Fugazi) Announce Dublin and Belfast Shows

    The Messthetics, the Washington DC three-piece comprising ex-Fugazi members Brendan Canty and Joe Lally, alongside guitarist Anthony Pirog, will play two Irish shows next year. As part of a string of UK dates, the band will play Belfast’s Voodoo (alongside Robocobra Quartet) on Saturday, February 2 and Dublin’s Grand Social on February 3. Tickets are on sale now.
