• Adebisi Shank announce last ever Irish gigs

    We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but The Thin Air can indeed confirm that Adebisi Shank will play their last ever gigs on Irish soil this Thursday and Friday in Whelans, Dublin.   • Summer Heart to play Whelan’s

    Upbeat Swedish dream-poppers Summer Heart will be paying Dublin a visit later on this year. The group – a project of David Alexander – will perform at Whelan’s on October 3. Tickets are priced at €14 and go on sale this Wednesday, July 16, at 9am. Lose yourself in the ethereal ‘I Wanna Go’ below.

  • The Minutes reschedule Dublin show

    Dublin band The Minutes, who were scheduled to play at Whelan’s last Friday, have set a new date for the show. The group will now play on August 9 in the same venue. Tickets for the previous date, cancelled due to illness, remain valid and tickets can still be bought for €15. The band’s new album  Live Well, Change Often is out now, and you can check out ‘Cherry Bomb,’ the lead single from the album below.

  • Lucius announce Dublin show

    New York twee-pop band Lucius have announced they will performing a Dublin show this October. The band, who recently played at The Workman’s, have confirmed they will be returning quite soon, this time in Whelan’s.
