The Flaming Lips are set to perform their seminal tenth studio album Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots in Dublin next year. The Wayne Coyne-fronted band will perform their Technicolour 2002 triumph, live in full, at the 3Olympia in Dublin on 28th and 29th April 2025. The shows are part of their latest tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of the record, which doubled as a critical and commercial success upon release Tickets for the Dublin shows cost €61.85 and go on sale this Friday, 7th June at 10am. U.S. noise rock legends The Jesus Lizard will play their first-ever Northern Irish show next year. Courtesy of Strange Victory, the David Yow-fronted underground titans will play the Limelight in Belfast on 14th January. Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 5th. The news comes as the band released their first single this century, the suitably searing ‘Hide & Seek’. It’s taken their first full-length release since 1998. Rack is released via Ipecac on September 13th.
