• Line-up announced for inaugural Output showcase

    With just over a fortnight to wait, the line-up for the inaugural Output have been announced. Northern Ireland’s largest ever one-day conference and showcasing event, taking place throughout Belfast’s city centre and Cathedral Quarter on Thursday, October 16, it will see a series of free talks, workshops and pop-up gigs, attending by around 350 artists, businesses and creative students. We’re very happy to be involved, too.     As well as putting on a fantastic exhibition of his gig photography on the night, Belfast-based photographer Diarmuid Kennedy managed to capture the launch of our new gig/club night, No Tomorrow, at Belfast’s Voodoo bar on Saturday night.   • Premiere: Autumns – Honey It’s Winter

    Having stepped in to headline our No Tomorrow launch at Belfast’s Voodoo tomorrow night (Saturday, March 1st), we have an exclusive first listen to ‘Honey It’s Winter’ by Derry lo-fi garage/noise act Autumns. Set for release via CF Records in the Spring, the track is a snappy burst of monochromatic jangle-doom from Christian Donaghey and co., veering between descending Duane Eddy-esque guitar lines, patches of feedback and cavernous vocal exorcisms.
