With the rumours coming thick and fast over the last couple of weeks, Electric Picnic have revealed the first acts confirmed to play this year’s festival. With much more yet to be revealed, LCD Soundsystem, Lana Del Rey, New Order and The Chemical Brothers top this year’s festival. Super Furry Animals, Haim, Todd Terje, Animal Collective, Broken Social Scene, Savages are also amongst the first confirmed acts. See the full first announcement below. Having announced its first acts late last month, Other Voices have revealed the full schedule for this year’s Electric Picnic. Taking place over the three days and nights of the festival (Friday, September 4 to Sunday, September 6) East India Youth, August Wells, Ham Sandwich and The Staves are amongst 21 acts set to perform at the OV stage. With less than a month to go, Red Bull Music Academy has announced its line-up for this year’s sold out Electric Picnic. Daire Carolan, Paul Woolford and Space Dimension Controller will get things off to a first-rate start on the Friday, Saturday will see sets from Todd Terry, Lerosa and Morgan Buckley and Boya AKA Wino Boyz. Finally, on the Sunday, New Jackson, Krystal Klear (pictured), Tr One, Lunar Disko and The Gentleman’s Academy host the Red Bull Disco Brunch.

With just over a month to go, Body & Soul have announced the line-up for this year’s sold out Electric Picnic.
