    Another week, and like all weeks it presents many, many opportunities to check out the very best gigs on offer around the country. The number of gigs does tend to drop somewhat during the summer months, but we’ve managed to unearth several shows that you can wrap your ears around… Tycho – The Button Factory, Dublin; Wednesday, July 23 Post rock-inflected electronic group Tycho will be performing at the Button Factory this Wednesday.   • The Beards announce Dublin and Belfast shows

    Hairy Australians The Beards will be bringing their beard-rock to these shores once again this December. The band, whose songs are exclusively about beards, will be performing at The Button Factory in Dublin and the Empire Music Hall  in Belfast on December 10 and 11 respectively.Tickets are on sale now. The band released their fourth album, The Beard Album, about beards this May and are returning after a visit to Dublin in March. Check out ‘Got Me A Beard’ below
