Rootsy Americana folk/country rock quintet The Felice Brothers play Belfast's Limelight 2 on January 19.
Formed in 2006, they got their start playing in the New York subway, with three brothers Felice coming from the Catskill mountains. They've played with the likes of Old Crow Medicine Show, Dave Matthews Band, and have released their latest album, Life In The Dark in June.
Their DIY tendencies are fully on show in the LP, self-produced by multi-instrumentalist James Felice, and recorded in a garage on a farm in upstate New York, where they say they've been trying to channel the likes of Neil Young's Tonight's The Night & The Meat Puppets' II. Check out 'Frankie's Gun'.
Tickets cost £19.50 from Ticketmaster & Katy's Bar. Doors open at 7pm.
