Named after the Melvins song of the same name, they formed in 1992, releasing debut LP Absolutego in '96. Traversing the paths of noise rock, the avant-garde, metal, psychedelia, stoner metal, and occasionally pop. They release their twenty-third album, Dear, this year. The amplifier apostles' latest sees them venture back towards slower and heavy ventures, in what was initially supposed to be a constraint-free final goodbye to fans but ultimately saw them find a new sense of vitality.
