One of indie rock's most unique and gifted lyricists Jeffrey Lewis plays aolo acoustic 7-date tour of Ireland in May. He plays The Greyhound in Kilkee, Co. Clare on May 10.
Releasing home-made anti-folk cassettes from 1998, he released his debut LP on Rough Trade in 2001. Since then, with a range of lineups, he's released seven official albums with a plethora of side-projects. As well as that, he's a gifted comic writer & artist, and has a very distinct live performance which includes his own comic-readings & illustrations. His latest album with Los Bolts is out on April - here's early track 'Back When I Was Four'.
