The aptly-named Public Service Broadcasting have announced another Irish date. They're set to play the Olympia Theatre on January 31, as the continue to tour their most critically & commercially successful album to-date.
Every Valley achieved No. 4 placing in the UK charts - impressive for a band that relies on its eclectic instrumentalism & samples from old public service broadcasts as vocals. Just last year at BBC Biggest Weekend on Belfast's Titanic Slipway, their set was specially accompanied by nostalgic footage of the ship's construction from the industrial era, with a hopeful, kraut-lite soundtrack. Watch the evocative suite here.
Tickets, priced at €31.50, are available from Ticketmaster. Doors open at 7pm.
