Sometimes described as an Irish Richard Dawson, Kerry contemporary folk artist Ronan Kealy, aka Junior Brother plays a co-headline date at Galway's Roisin Dubh on April 17 as part of a quadruple A-side release tour. A typical example of his grasp on the human condition, 'The Back of Her' was one of our Irish tracks of 2018.

Sharing the bill are another act who we think are in for wonderful things, having released one of the tunes of last year in 'Birds of Paradise' as well as 2 excellent EPs in 2018 alone, young Limerick quartet PowPig,

Admission costs €10 and doors open at 8pm.
