On Wednesday, February 25, we will host a celebration of iconic U.S. post-rock pioneers Slint at Belfast’s Pavilion. As well as screening Breadcrumb Trail, Lance Bangs’ wonderful, downright unmissable documentary on the band, we will also be playing the band’s landmark 1991 album Spiderland in full, as well as encouraging local musicians to talk about the impact of Slint on their lives and music. Admission is only £3, doors are at 8pm.

Recently we had the absolute pleasure of screening Lance Bangs’ Slint documentary Breadcrumb Trail at Belfast’s Garrick Bar. In association with Bunch of Cults, we will present the Northern Irish premiere of Breadcrumb Trail, the eagerly-anticipated forthcoming documentary on enigmatic Louisville post-rock pioneers, Slint, at Belfast’s The Garrick Bar on Thursday, March 27 As well as screening the documentary in full, we will also have a very special Q+A with its director, Lance Bangs, on the night. The event will also be followed with a full vinyl playback of Spiderland and various Slint-related tracks until late. Doors are at 8pm and admission is £8.
