Caribou is coming back to Vicar Street. The Canadian composer, otherwise Dan Snaith, will return to play Dublin venue on January 19, 2022. Marking the first Caribou show there since 2014 (and what a show it was), it comes a few months ahead of a date at Iveagh Gardens in the summer of 2022. Tickets go on sale on Friday (July 2nd) at 9am.

Low are coming back to Dublin next year. As part of a new world tour, the Duluth, Minnesota indie rock band will play Vicar Street on April 26, 2021. Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 25th at 10am. Accompanying the news is details of the band’s thirteenth studio album. Titled Hey What, it will be released via Sub Pop on September 10th. Trailblazing Tuareg guitarist Mdou Moctar will play Ireland next year. Off the back of the release of his stellar new album, Afrique Victime, the Niger-based musician plays Dublin’s Sugar Club on April 8 and Belfast’s Ulster Sports Club on April 9 as part of a forthcoming European tour. Billie Eilish is set to play three Irish shows next summer. As part of her Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, the 19-year-old will play Belfast’s SSE Arena on June 3 and Dublin’s 3Arena on June 4 and 5. U.S ambient electronic legend William Basinski will play his first-ever Dublin show later in the year. The New York-based artist, who is best known for his haunting 2002 work The Disintegration Loops, will play Pepper Canister Church on November 11. Django Django are set to make their return to Ireland in October. The London art-rock band will kick off a European tour at an Open House-promoted show at Belfast’s Limelight on Saturday, 9 October 2021. The following night, the band will stop off at Dublin’s Academy for a show hosted by Selective Memory. Support on both shows come from Pictish Trail.
