Almost a year on from featuring as the cover artist on the eighth issue of our physical magazine (which you can revisit here) Laura Sheeran will headline the next Psykick Dancell at Dublin’s Bello Bar on Saturday, April 2. Co-presented by The Thin Air and Medium Presents, the show will also feature two more of the country’s most exciting acts, Belfast’s Katharine Philippa and Dublin producer Sal Stapleton AKA Bad Bones. We’re teaming up with Belfast’s Head Records to host a special Record Store Day show at The Bar With No Name on Saturday, April 18. Headlined by Belfast electro-rock Skymas, the genre-spanning showcase will also feature funk/soul band Freedom 35’s, indie-rock trio Hot Cops and DJ sets from Belfast drone pop band Documenta and Belfast Music Club. We’ll be celebrating our grand second birthday at Dublin’s The Twisted Pepper on Saturday, May 2. Kicking off at 6pm in the Twisted Pepper cafe with an exhibition of our magazine covers to date and selected work from our fantastic team of photographers. Following that we have Robocobra Quartet and Night Trap live in the Stage room with our headliners who will be announced on April 2nd.
