The first signs of 6 Music’s leg of the Biggest Weekender have been appearing at venues all over Belfast this last week. Gigs, seminars, panels and outside broadcasts cropping up daily, heralding the 2 days at Titanic Slipways. Derry three-piece TOUTS have wasted little time transitioning from a cover band to an uncompromising punk rock band in the past year. Having just wrapped up in the studio, they have two E.P.’s tucked in their back pocket, with the first set for release in April*. Three-piece Derry band TOUTS have quickly established a name for themselves in the local music scene and beyond by delivering incendiary live performances, underpinned with an ol-school punk attitude.
